REFUND OF PURCHASED TICKETS
ONLINE BUYERS
Refunds are processed automatically, no further information is required from the buyers. Refunds are arranged in the same way as the purchase was arranged (same means of payment). In the case of payment via Valu or prepayment, the refund is arranged by bank transfer. Please send your details, order number and TRR account number to info@eventim.si so that we can arrange the transfer.
SALE POINTS
Ticket buyers, please report to the point of sale where you purchased your tickets. Please bring your original tickets with you. Refunds are only possible at the outlets where you made the actual purchase (except Petrol - you can visit your nearest Petrol).
Cancellation authorisations are automatically released, meaning that your cancellation and refund will be processed immediately.
Customers who purchased tickets at our own Eventim outlets, Kino Šiška or Tivoli Ticket House, will receive a refund by transfer to your personal TRR account. Please send your details with your address, order number or scan of your invoice or scan of your tickets and your TRR number to info@eventim.si.
