We are sending you warm greetings from below the Poligon race course in Podkoren, where the giant slalom for the 60th Vitranc Cup starts at 9:30.
The competitors have already seen the race track, the workers on and along the race track are ready so the competition can begin. The weather seems to be on our side as well, as the sky above the slope is slowly but steadily clearing.
The giant slalom race in Gorenjska Region is the last before the grand final in Lenzerheide, where only the best giant slalom skiers of the season will compete. The fight for crystal globes is also very interesting this year. The closest to the giant slalom crystal globe are Pinturault, Odermatt and Zubi.
