Žan Kranjec in the Final Run
In 6th place after the first run of the giant slalom race
Žan Kranjec took the sixth place after the first giant slalom run for the Alpine Ski World Cup in Kranjska Gora. The Norwegian Henrik Kristoffersen was the fastest in the first run, with Kranjec lagging behind for 52 milliseconds.
Due to the fog in the upper part of the course, we had to postpone the race for two hours, but now the slope is sunlit, and the temperatures just like in spring.
The second run starts at 14:30.
