Disabled skiers' world cup again in Kranjska Gora
2 slaloms and 1 GS in Podkoren were a good challenge for the disabled alpine skiers.World Cup in Alpine skiing of disabled persons stopped in Kranjska Gora from January 18th to 20th. There were 1 GS and 2 slaloms in consecutive days organised. Slovenia is proud as young alpine skiers Jernej Slivnik attended the IPC World Cup for the first time and reached 11th and 14th places in slalom while he DNF in GS.
There were racers from 21 states competing in Kranjska Gora. Next stop is World championship starting January 23rd in Tarvisio, Italy. Organisers were surprised as almost 42.000 persons attended online live coverage of the races.
